ORDER CANCELLATION

If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at annika.ceramics@gmail.com! If your order has not already been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your money. If your order has been shipped and is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it immediately at your own expense. Only when the items are returned to our studio undamaged will we issue a refund. The refund period is 14 working days and does not include shipping costs. If the items arrive damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the item and return the item within 14 days of the date you originally received the order.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if purchased on our website (if purchased in our partner' shops, refer to them for a return as their return policy is individual and can differ from ours). Simply return the item(s) to the address below, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging, and we'll arrange a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will not include refunds of shipping costs. Please note that responsibility for the product/s remains with you until we receive the product/s in an undamaged condition. We will refund your money within 14 working days

We will make the refund in the same way you used to purchase the goods, and if you paid for the product/s by cash on delivery, we will make the refund to the account, please specify the IBAN and bank in the e-mail when notifying us of the refund.

Please note that return shipping costs and package insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

BROKEN ITEMS, WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your order arrived broken, the order doesn't match the received (wrong item sent) or your received product is defective, please contact us by e-mail annika.ceramics@gmail.com within three working days of receiving your order.

We will make sure to resolve the complaint as soon as possible, and we will cover the costs of replacing the product.
